He Holds a B.Sc. In Business Administration from Yarmouk University in 1999. He also holds specialized certificates in Accounting and HR, as well as an Australian Famous Certificate in Sales Force Development (615).  Ali also has Consulting Experience in the field of Financial Systems, HR, and ERP, with specialty in customer relationship management modules, sales invoicing, and marketing modules.

Ali has worked as an HR and Sales Consultant and trainer for many clients such as Abu Dhabi Executive Council, Saudi Telecom Company (STC), Express Mobile (Jordan), Saudi Electricity Company (SCECO), National Company for Cooperative Insurance (Saudi Arabia), and Canon (Jordan).  Ali has also a strong background in program and curriculum development, needs assessment and analysis, as well as supervising the delivery of large training and development projects.
