Dr. Paul Melendez has been with the Eller College of Management since 1996. He earned his doctorate from The University of Arizona with a specialization in “privatization.” He serves as Assistant Dean for Executive Education.

Dr. Paul Melendez has been with the Eller College of Management since 1996. He earned his doctorate from The University of Arizona with a specialization in “privatization.” He serves as Assistant Dean for Executive Education, Founder of the Center for Leadership Ethics, and a Professor of Practice in the Department of Management and Organizations.

As the Assistant Dean for Executive Education, he develops customized executive education programs for business, government, and non-profit clients all over the world. As Founder of the Center for Leadership Ethics, he leads efforts to improve organizational ethics through research, education, and outreach programs. As a Professor, he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership, business ethics and organizational/team development, writes a variety of cases on personal and professional ethics, and leads academic programs to emerging economies.

Paul has had the privilege of facilitating executive programs with organizations such as Komatsu, Roche, Discover Financial Services, Charles Schwab; BHP Billiton amongst others. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his family, reading, coaching, and supporting various non-profit organizations.
